TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE DRIVERS SEAT BEGAN TO MOVE BACKWARDS WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO MOVE THE SEAT BACK INTO PLACE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
