TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 GMC YUKON. AFTER TURNING THE IGNITION TO THE ON POSITION, THE SHIFT LEVER POSITION INDICATORS DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED CONTINUOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 05V055000 (POWER TRAIN). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
