THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN UNDER RECALL FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND EVERYTIME WE HAVE TRIED TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER WE ARE TOLD THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE YET. THIS TRUCK IS A RESPONSE/COMMAND VEHICLE FOR OUR FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND IS DRIVEN BY THE FIRE CHIEF. HOW MUCH LONGER DO WE HAVE TO WAIT. CHRYSLER SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT US AGAIN BY MAIL, WITH A FOLLOW-UP RECALL NOTICE, WHEN THE REMEDY PART IS AVAILABLE. WILL IT EVER BE READY? RECALL # P65 / NHTSA 14V - 635. *TR
