TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SEAT BELT FAILED TO UNTIGHTEN AND CAUSED THE PASSENGER TO GET STUCK WHILE UNBUCKLING THE SEAT BELT. THE FAILURE ONLY RECURRED ONCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
