Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FUEL FUMES EMITTED INTO THE VEHICLE. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT FOUND A LEAK AND NOTICED FUEL SPEWING OUT OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND MADE THE CONTACT AWARE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
