Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FLEX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A SUDDEN DRASTIC REDUCTION IN SPEED. UPON MAKING A LEFT OR RIGHT TURN, THE VEHICLE SEEMED AS IF IT WOULD STALL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THREE DIFFERENT AUTHORIZED DEALERS, BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REMEDY.
