TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN ARMADA. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS THE VEHICLE WOULD BECOME UNSTABLE AND SWAY FROM SIDE TO SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN THE AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO REPLACED THE REAR AND FRONT STRUTS, THE ROTORS, AND THE TIRES. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE RECEIVED AN ALL WHEEL ALIGNMENT; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 165,000.
