TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT OR WHILE IN REVERSE, THERE WAS A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED ORT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBERS: 13V528000 (STEERING), AND 14V817000 (AIR BAGS) BUT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE DEALER DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
