Consumer Description

THERE HAS BEEN A LOUD WHISTLING/SQUEALING NOISE COMING FROM THE LEFT FRONT END OF THE CAR SINCE 1/5/15 AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO BE REPAIRED. ALSO I WAS DRIVING AND IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A LEFT HAND TURN INTO A PARKING LOT MY CAR SHUT ITSELF OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TURN. AN ACCIDENT ALMOST OCCURRED BECAUSE OF THIS. TRANSITOWNE DEALERSHIP IN WILLIAMSVILLE NY IS GIVING ME A HARD TIME FIXING MY CAR SINCE I DID NOT BUY IT FROM THEM AND SINCE THEY COULD NOT DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM ON 3/24/15 THEY DIDN'T FEEL THE NEED TO LOOK IT OVER AGAIN UNTIL I MENTIONED THE PHASE I'M CALLING MY LAWYER AND THEY WILL BE IN TOUCH AND THEY HAD A CHANGE OF HEART THEN. PLEASE HELP BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT WITH THIS CAR IT IS A DEATH TRAP. *TR
