TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START AND THE KEY REMAINED IN THE START POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 178,000.
