2003 CADILLAC DEVILLE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO IGNITION SWITCH RECALL PARTS INSTALLATION ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE PART SENT TO HER, IN ORDER FOR HER MECHANIC TO INSTALL THE PART. THE CONSUMER STATED SHE LIVES A LONG WAY FROM THE NEAREST GM DEALER. *JB
