CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO DISSATISFACTION OF TIRE MANUFACTURER AND QUALITY OF THE VEHICLE TIRES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED A YEAR AFTER PURCHASING THE TIRE, HE WAS INFORMED THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, BECAUSE THE THREADS WERE EXPOSED AND THE TIRES WERE SEVERELY WORN AND LOOSING AIR,
