TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION FAILED INTERMITTENTLY . THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. UPDATED 8/10/15*CN THE CONSUMER STATED THE ENGINE LIGHT WOULD ILLUMINATE AND THEN GO OUT. ALSO, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN WHILE THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS ACTIVATED. UPDATED 08/20/15*JB
