THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHS. THE DEALER DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR WHEN THE PARTS WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY. THE CONTACT WAS NOT EXPERIENCING A FAILURE.
