Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BMW 328XI. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE DOORS WERE CLOSED, THE DOOR ACTUATORS FAILED AND THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR, ALONG WITH BOTH REAR DOORS, FAILED TO OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR ACTUATORS MALFUNCTIONED. THE ACTUATORS WERE REPLACED AND THE FAILURE WAS REMEDIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,700.
