TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ENGAGING THE BRAKES, THE DRIVER SEAT MOVED FORWARD INDEPENDENTLY AND THE AIR BAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO FIND A FAILURE. THE DRIVER SEAT WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2.
