2001 OLDSMOBILE ALERO. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO UNINTENDED IGNITION KEY ROTATION RECALL. *SMD THE CONSUMER HAS BEEN UNABLE TO KEY AN APPOINTMENT TO GET THE RECALL PERFORMED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THEY NEEDED THE TWO ORIGINAL KEYS. THE CONSUMER STATED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL KEYS; DUPLICATES WERE MADE BY THE DEALER AT THE TIME THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. *JB
