Consumer Description

THIS CAR HAS BEEN RECALLED BUT CHRYSLER, APPARENTLY WITH THE BLESSING OF THE US GOVERNMENT, HAS FAILED TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIR. SINCE CHRYSLER IS STILL SELLING THE 300 MODEL THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS TO FIX/REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR. CONSEQUENTLY, MY COMPLAINT IS AGAINST BOTH CHRYSLER AND THE US GOVERNMENT AGENCIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER. *TR
