TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BMW 328I. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK AND OFF, ALL FOUR WINDOWS INDEPENDENTLY ROLLED DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,140.
