Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 NISSAN QUEST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRACTION CONTROL OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THE CRANK SHAFT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE VEHICLE AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
