Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SLIDING DOORS FAILED TO OPEN WHEN USING THE FOB. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT IF THE DOORS OPEN, THEY DO SO WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ELECTRIC BALL USED TO OPEN THE DOORS HAD FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE DOORS WERE NOT UNDER RECALL AND THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
