Consumer Description

GOT MY 3YR OLD CHILD OUT OF THE PASSENGER REAR DOOR. WENT TO CLOSE THE DOOR AND WALKED AWAY. AS I TURNED IT DIDN'T SOUND RIGHT AS THE DOOR SHUT. SO I TRIED TO CLOSE IT AGAIN. THE DOOR LATCH FAILED TO CLOSE THE DOOR. SO NOW I AM UNABLE TO KEEP THE DOOR SHUT. I WAS FORCED TO GET A ROPE AND TIE THE DOOR TO THE OTHER REAR DOOR TO KEEP IT SHUT SO MY INTERIOR LIGHTS SHUT OFF AND NOT KILL MY BATTERY AND TO TURN THE DOOR ALARM OFF. *TR
