Consumer Description

THE DOOR LOCK ON MY 2009 CRV DOES NOT WORK, NEITHER MANUALLY NOR WITH THE ELECTRONIC "FOB". I CANNOT GET INTO THE CAR. I WENT ONLINE ON EDMUNDS CAR FORUM AND NOTED THAT THIS APPEARS TO BE A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM WITH HONDA CRV. PERHAPS HONDA SHOULD BE MADE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. THIS PROBLEM COULD POTENTIALLY LEAVE THE CAR OWNER LOCKED OUTSIDE HIS/HER CAR IN THE FREEZING COLD WITH NO ACCESS TO A PHONE TO CALL FOR HELP. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. *TR
