TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY DECREASED IN SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
