TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET AVALANCHE. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE EXTERIOR DOOR, THE HANDLE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR HANDLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
