Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE MAKING A RIGHT OR LEFT TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STRUT MOUNT BUSHINGS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200....UPDATED 05-27-15 *TA THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE STRUT MOUNT HOUSING WAS DEFECTIVE. UPDATED 05/29/15*JB UPDATED 9/22/2017*CN
