Consumer Description

TALKED TO SERVICE DEPT OF ANTHONY CHEVROLET ON 12/12/2014 ABOUT THE RECALL ON MY SATURN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 7-10 DAYS TO GET THE PART AND THEY WOULD CALL TO MAKE APT TO REPAIR THE STEERING. CALLED BACK AFTER ABOUT 1 MONTH AND NOT HEARING BACK WAS TOLD THERE WAS A SUPPLY PROBLEM. I STOPPED BY THE SERVICE DEPT TODAY 2/16/2015 AND WAS TOLD GM WOULD NOT SEND THEM THE PART FOR SOME REASON AND I WOULD NEED TO GO TO A DEALER IN A DIFFERENT TOWN FOR THIS RECALL. PER THE LETTER I RECEIVED I COULD TAKE MY ION T O ANY GM DEALER TO HAVE THE RECALL WORK PERFORMED. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE THE CAR OUT OF TOWN TO HAVE THE RECALL WORK PERFORMED. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT I'M TO DO. *TR
