Consumer Description

VEHICLE VERY HARD TO STEER. LOUD NOISE WHEN SHIFT OUT OF PARK. HARD TO STEER AT LOW SPEED, TOOK TO DEALERSHIP THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE REFUSED TO PROVIDE LOANER CAR UNTIL DIAGNOSED TWO DAYS LATER. DROPPED OFF ON A FRIDAY DEALER SAYS REPAIR TO STEERING WON'T BE DONE UNTIL TUESDAY. RESEARCHED ONLINE AND FOUND THIS PROBLEM ON MANY CHEVY TRAVERSE FORUMS. THIS CAR NEEDS TO BE RECALLED BEFORE SOMEONE IS INJURED. *TR
