TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 ACURA CL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED, THE TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED THAT THE SUBFRAME WAS RUSTED. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE SUBFRAME NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000.
