Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V614000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND STATED THAT THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER FOR WEEKS AND WAS NOT ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME OF WHEN THE RECALLS WOULD BE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
