Consumer Description

2003 ACURA 3.2TL. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED HIS WIFE EXPERIENCED THE FOLLOWING WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE: THREE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED; TWO UNKNOWN AND THE ENGINE LIGHT, THERE WAS A DELAY OF 30 SECONDS WHEN TAKING OFF FROM A STOPPED POSITION AND THE GEARS JERKED AND WHEN SHE STOP AND TOOK OFF, IT FELT AS THOUGH THE VEHICLE HAD NO POWER. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED BY A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP, THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *JB
