TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA PRIUS. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHIFTED GEARS INTO NEUTRAL. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 148,000. UPDATED 04/07/15*LJ THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO SHIFT INTO GEAR AND POPPED INTO NEUTRAL. THE NEXT DAY, EVERYTHING WORKED NORMALLY. UPDATED 06/30/15*JB
