Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE MAGNUM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE IGNITION KEY IN THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE IGNITION SWITCH FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
