Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH ATTEMPTING TO ENGAGE THE BRAKES, THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE CAUSING IT TO CRASH INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIRBAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY AND THE SEAT BELT DID NOT LOCK. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED UNKNOWN INJURIES AND MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
