Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REFUEL, THE FUEL FAILED TO PROPERLY DISPENSE INTO THE TANK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
