Consumer Description

THIS COMPLAINT PERTAINS 2015 NISSAN ROGUE SV TRIM WITH THIRD-ROW SEAT. AFTER USING IT FOR A FEW MONTHS, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE DESIGN OF THE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM OF THIRD ROW SEAT IS SUCH THAT IT CAN CAUSE/AGGRAVATE BACK PAIN RESULTING FROM A REGULAR USE OF THE STRAP PULL/PUSH PROVIDED. THIS COULD BE A SERIOUS ISSUE FOR PEOPLE WITH HISTORY OF OR THOSE PRONE TO BACK PAIN. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE NOTICE OF NISSAN BUT SO FAR THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GET IT OBJECTIVELY ASSESSED. *TR
