Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE DRIVER SEAT LEANED TO THE SIDE INDEPENDENTLY WHICH MADE THE VEHICLE DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE DRIVER SEAT FRACTURED FROM THE BRACKET. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT PRODUCING ANY PARTS FOR REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
