TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HUMMER H3. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE OR THE CYLINDER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
