Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BACK UP CAMERA WAS DIFFICULT TO VIEW WHEN REVERSING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE BACK UP CAMERA WAS DARK AND CAUSED THE CONTACT'S VISION OF THE ROAD TO BE IMPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE FUNCTIONED AS DESIGNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,600.
