TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V234000 (POWER TRAIN, STEERING) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR AND WERE ON A NATIONAL BACK ORDER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE DELAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
