Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER:14V710000 (SEATS). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO REFUSED TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE FOR THE RECALL REPAIR WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER TO BE REFERRED TO ANOTHER LOCAL DEALER DUE TO THE UNREASONABLE RESPONSE FROM THE FIRST DEALER. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE SAFETY CONCERN.
