Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THE KEY BECAME STUCK AND FAILED TO EJECT FROM THE IGNITION. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIN MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATELY FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,249. UPDATED 1/16/15*CN THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
