Consumer Description

I HAD RECEIVED A NOTICE IN THE MAIL REGARDING A RECALL ON MY JEEP. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE DEALERSHIPS AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE PARTS HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN DISTRIBUTED YET. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN RECENTLY I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WEREN'T EVEN MADE YET AND TO MAKE SURE NOTHING HEAVY WAS HANGING FROM MY KEYS. USE MY CAR EVERYDAY AND I'M CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY. THERE HAS BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES WERE THE CAR HAS SHUT OFF ON MY AND/ OR HAS HAD NO POWER TO IT WHEN DRIVING. I FEEL AS THOUGH NO ONE IS HELPING US WITH THIS MATTER. I WOULD LIKE ANSWERS INSTEAD OF BEING LEFT IN THE DARK. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. *TR
