Consumer Description

ALL DASH INDICATOR LIGHTS WOULD BLINK ON AND OFF; TWO TIMES ENGINE CUT-OFF WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY ( DRIVERS KNEE WAS NOT NEAR IGNITION KEY AS A CAUSE THAT HAS BEEN BLAMED ). FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH WAS DIAGNOSED AND REPLACED AT AUTHORIZED DEALER [ MONROEVILLE CHRYSLER JEEP, MONROEVILLE PA., MAY 28,2013 ] AT MY EXPENSE. NO PROBLEMS SINCE REPAIR. RECALL NOTICE P41 /NHTSA 14V-438 FOR IGNITION SWITCH RECEIVED SEPT 2014. DOCUMENTATION OF REPAIR FOR REIMBURSEMENT WAS PROVIDED AS PER REQUESTED INFORMATION IN RECALL NOTICE. CHRYSLER CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE IS REFUSING TO REIMBURSE ($211.45). *TR
