THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS EXPERIENCED PRIOR TO THE RECALL INITIATING BUT THE FAILURE SPECIFICS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
