TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS IN INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD NOT ACTIVATE ON THE HIGH SETTING; ONLY LOW OR MEDIUM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
