Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC ENVOY. WHEN STARTING THE VEHICLE, ALL THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONER FAILED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE KEY BECAME STUCK IN THE IGNITION. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
