TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 335I. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE POWER STEERING SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE VEHICLE STRUCK A CURB. THE CONTACT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED ALL FOUR TIRES, THE FRONT SUSPENSION, AND REAR AXLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 41,000. ..UPDATED 12/29/14 *BF
