2011 LINCOLN MKS. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO POWER STEERING LOCKING UP PERIODICALLY. *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE POWER STEERING ISSUE, OCCURRED AT START UP. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO FIND A PROBLEM. *JB
