Consumer Description

THE TOYOTA TACOMA 1999 THAT I PURCHASED HAD A 15 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY DUE TO A DEFECTIVE FRAME SUSCEPTIBLE TO RUST. THE WARRANTY ENDED ON 4/10/2014 BUT I DIDN'T PURCHASE THE VEHICLE UNTIL 7/27/2014. THE DEALER DID NOT DISCLOSE THE POOR FRAME CONDITION AND ALLOWED ME TO PURCHASE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE AT THE KBB VALUE. I CANNOT AFFORD TO REPAIR THE DEFECT OR BUY A NEW VEHICLE. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT NHTSA CAN DO? IS THERE ANY WAY THAT TOYOTA CAN BE ASKED TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY BY ONE MORE YEAR?
